(WIAT) – A Jefferson County child who was accidentally shot in the head on Friday remains in the hospital.
Brighton Police say two four-year-old cousins were playing with a gun on Friday when it discharged.
CBS42 is told that two adults were in the living room of the house, watching television and playing video games at the time of the shooting.
At this point, it is not known if charges will be filed against the two adults.
