BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) – It’s not unusual to ask someone if they’re having a good day.
Many times, people respond to that question stating that they are stressed out.
A study out of London has found that workers who say they deal with a lot of stress have double the risk of having a heart attack.
People who are less worried about the impact of stress are less likely to have a heart attack.
